Quick answers
A few things homeowners usually want to know before booking an estimate. Anything else, just ask.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The in-home visit, the measuring, and the written estimate cost nothing, and there's no obligation to book. If refacing isn't right for your kitchen, we'll tell you that too.
How long does an estimate visit take?
Usually about 30 minutes. We look at the condition of your cabinet boxes, measure doors and drawer fronts, and walk you through door styles, finishes, and hardware options.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
Yes — we need access to the kitchen, and the sample and style choices go much faster in person. If more than one decision-maker is involved, it helps to have everyone there.
How soon can you start?
It depends on our current schedule and how long your doors take to arrive. We'll give you a realistic window at the estimate rather than a date we can't hold.
What if I'm outside Cincinnati?
We serve the greater Cincinnati area and Northern Kentucky. If you're a little further out, call and ask — we'll be upfront about whether we can reach you.
